Chop romaine w/sharp plastic knife or tear, w/your hands into small pieces; place in a large bowl and set aside. Cook 3 or 4 eggs until hard boiled. Cool, peel and chop small. Chop avocado, then mince red onion. Combine romaine, salad dressing, and onion. Carefully fold in the eggs and avocado’s so as to keep them in a presentable shape. Delicious!
