     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 boxes frozen hash browns (12 patties)
1 stick butter
salt
pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 small to medium onion
2 cups corn flakes
 
1 stick melted butter

Instructions
Shred thawed hash browns into 9x12 dish; salt and pepper. Cut stick of butter into pats and lay on top of potatoes. Mix soup, cheese sour cream and onion; pour over potatoes. Mix corn flakes and melted butter, pour over top of last layer. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
