     Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 quart mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 T dill weed
 

Instructions
Bring potatoes to boil then reduce heat and simmer until skins peel off easily and potatoes are tender. Place potatoes in bowl, cover and refrigerate several hours. When potatoes are cool, cut into smaller pieces. Combine all other ingredients and gently fold into potatoes. Sprinkle extra dill weed on top.
