Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 4oz. can diced green chilies
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp.chili powder
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
 
1 cup water
Instructions
In a large skillet or sauce pan, combine all ingredients. (Do not pre-brown meat.)
Stir until well combined.
Simmer over medium to low heat until thickened and most of the moisture is gone.
