Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 14oz. cans tomato sauce
2 14oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 8oz. Can green chilies
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
4 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. salt
1 14 oz. can of water / use tomato can
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions
In a large pot, mix all ingredients. (Do not pre-brown meat)
Simmer on low stirring occasionally until onions become translucent
Slow cooker- cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (overnight works very well)
Green chilies dictate the spicyness. Use mild for a milder version.
