1.Precook 2 cups of rice and cool before use .
2 Dice peppers, onion, bacon
3. heat a small amount of oil ina wok and brown onions.
4. Add rice and peppers, bacon, peas and corn and lightly toss and cook.
5 Add soy sauce and sprinkle of chicken seasoning to give a soft brown colour .
6. When all heated through, serve into bowls
7. Meanwhile make a flat egg omelette and cut into small squares. Cut the spring
onions diagonally and add. Oth as a garnish to the fried rice.
