Preheat oven to 350F. Boil the Rotini noodles
until they are cooked completely, strain and set
aside. Brown your ground beef, strain and add back
into pan with pasta sauce. Simmer on low heat
until you need it again. Add the noodles to a
greased 13 x 9 pan, along with enough butter to
coat the noodles well. Add 1 1/2 cups of Parmasean
Cheese, and spread evenly over the buttered
noodles. Spread the cottage cheese over the
noodles. Pour the ground beef and sauce mixture
over the cottage cheese layer. Top this layer with
shredded Mozzarella cheese and sprinkles of the
remaining Parmasean. Cover the pan with aluminum
foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and back an
additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.

Alternately, this recipe can be made into Baked Alfredo, using Ground
Chicken or Shredded Baked Chicken as a substitute for the ground beef,
and replacing the Pasta Sauce with an Alfredo Sauce.
