     Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
16 ounce can chili or pinto bean
15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
15 ounce can black beans
8 ounce can tomato sauce
12 ounce budweiser
2 10 ounce cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
1.25 ounce McCormick taco seasoning
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Place the chicken breasts on top and push below the surface. When the chicken is done, shred it and return it to the pot.
Serve with shredded Mexican cheese, a dollop of sour cream or crushed tortillas if desired.
