2 big bunches of broccoli, chopped in food processor
½ red onion, chopped in food processor
½ c. sunflower seeds
3 oz. bacon bits
Golden raisins or cranberries to taste
Dressing-
½ c. mayonnaise
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. sugar
Instructions
Put broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and raisins in large bowl. Blend the dressing ingredients. Pour over and mix into the salad. Refrigerate.
