     Alaskan Salmon Chowder

1 (14-1/2-oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (8-oz.) package pasteurized processed cheese spread
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (10-oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 (5-oz.) pouch Chicken of the Seaź Premium Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon Pouch
Fresh chopped dill (optional)

In a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes, cheese spread and hot pepper sauce until well mixed. Place tomato mixture in saucepan; stir in cooked vegetables. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat, until heated through (about 10 minutes); stir occasionally. Gently stir in Chicken of the Seaź Salmon. Pour chowder into bowls. Garnish with fresh dill. Makes 4 servings.
