     Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
pie crust (top and bottom)
1 cup mixed veggies (or 1 can Veg-All)
2 cans Cream of Potato soup
1/2 cup milk
1 can chunk chicken, drained
 

Instructions
Put one pie crust in pie pan. In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients. Put everything in the pie crust and cover with top crust. Form the crust edge and cut slits in top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is golden.
NOTE- This is a great base recipe to make with leftovers. I've used leftover chicken, turkey, beef or pork roast and vegetables. I usually use frozen vegetables rather than canned. Rice is a good addition as well, if you need something to make it a little more substantial.
