     Strawberry Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/4 cup butter, soft
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups fresh chopped strawberries
 
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and nutmeg. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, yogurt, butter and vanilla.
2. Stir wet into dry until just combined. Fold in strawberries.
3. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
