     Soft Breadsticks

1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
3 T. olive oil
1 1/4 t. salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 T yeast (one packet)

Grease 1/2 sheet pan. Combine all ingredients on high 60 seconds with a hook attachment.
Spread dough in pan (very sticky may need to grease hands). Score with a pizza cutter 1 inch wide across and once length wise making 36. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375 F. Drizzle olive oil over bread sticks and sprinkle with herbs, cheese or cinnamon sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cut apart when able to handle. Eat warm.
To freeze- Bake 16 minutes. Cool and freeze. When ready to cook defrost and bake 4-9 minutes until done.
