     Tex-Mex Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 15oz. can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 15oz. can hominy (drained)
1 4oz green chilies (diced)
1 cup picante sauce
3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
5 small green onions (sliced thin)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
 

Instructions
In a large bowl stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a side dish, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
