     Hot chicken Enchilidas

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts (cook and cut into strips)
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese
12 tortilla shells
3/4 cup sour cream
3 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup flour
1 can of tomatoes with green chilis
1.2 cup (or less) chopped onion
 

Instructions
Stir the chicken broth and flour on stove until it is thick, then add the can of tomatoes/chilis, onion, a little sugar, garlic, basil, oregano, salt/pepper. Allow sauce to simmer. Roll the chicken and cheese in the tortillas and put them in a greased dish remove sauce from heat and add sour cream, then pour sauce over the rolled tortillas. Cover with more cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. It is worth the work!
