500 grams chicken thighs

2 cups chicken stock

1 tablespoon grain mustard

Mashed potatoes (sweet potatoes are better)

Instructions |

|
Cook chicken in large frying pan. Remove.
|
|
|
|
Cook onion, mushrooms, red pepper and garlic. Add flour, stir
for 1 minute. Return chicken to pan, add stock and mustard.

Add beans after having first cooked in microwave.
|
|
|
|
Serve over mashed potato.
|
