     German Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sugar
4 oz. German chocolate, melted
3/4 c flour
pinch salt
3/4 c chopped pecans
3/4 c butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
 
Frosting
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c flaked coconut

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs& sugar and beat well. Add the melted butter and chocolate. Add flour, pecans, vanilla, and salt; combine well. Spray a 9 inch pan. Pour batter in pan and bake 35-40 minutes. DON'T overbake. Frosting- Combine milk, sugar, butter and yolks in med. sized pan over med. heat. Cook and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in pecans, vanilla & coconut. Allow to cool ans spread on brownies. Cut into squares.
