Bring 4 c. water to boil with 1/4 t salt; cook noodles for 5 minutes or to taste, drain well. Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Stir in milk gradually, until smooth and thick. Remove pan from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add salt, catsup & horseradish. Add noodles , peas and ham. Mix all together. Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs or tater tots. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
