1 small wedge (1 oz) fresh Parmesan cheese Italkan seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out pizza crust into a 14-inch circle on a 15-inch pizza stone. Bake crust 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven. Finely slice tomato, zucchini and onion. Slice mushrooms.
Press garlic and spread over partially baked crust. Sprinkle crust with mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses; top with tomatoes.
Grate parmesan cheese over top.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Substitutions- 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce may be substituted for sliced tomato.
