150 ml rum
25ml pure vanilla essence
2 tbs coffee
2 cups brown sugar
 
Instructions
Bring to boil the sugar and 1 cup water, add the coffee, when cool mix rum, vanilla and coffee syrup, and shake well . Bottle when cool.
