     All Natural Breakfast Bars

1 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 oz flax seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
tsps vanilla extract
one banana
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/2 Scoop Chocolate Dymatize Protein Powder
About 3/4 Cup of Frozen Raspberries

1. In food processor combine all ingredients, pulsing until well mixed, stirring between pulses. 2. Press mixture into 8 x 8 inch pan. 3. Freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour. 4. Cut into 16 bars. Note- can be stored in freezer either wrapped individually or together.
