     Cajun Wings

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None
Servings   2
Preptime   15 minutes total

Ingredients
12 wings sections (drummettes & wingettes)
1/3 cup hot sauce (Louisiana brand or Franks)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 Tbs butter (melted)
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
DRY THE WINGS- Place them on a wire rack in the refrigerator overnight. I give them a light coat of seasoned baking powder. The drier the wings, the crispier the skin and juicier the meat! Fry wings in 375 degree oil for 10 minutes, until crispy -or- Bake in 450 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, until crispy (turn wings halfway through cooking) -or- Air fryer at 400 for 25 minutes
Mix hot sauce, butter, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and pepper in a tupperware big enough to also hold the wings.
Immediately toss finished wings in tupperware with lid covered. This will evenly distribute the sauce on all the wings.
Serving Suggestions
Traditional sides of celery, carrots and bleu cheese/ranch.
