Fry wings at 375 in oil for 10 minutes, until crispy
-or-
Bake at 450 for 30-35 minutes until crispy (turn
halfway)
mix soy, siracha, garlic, sugar, red pepper, vinegar
in covered tupperware dish.
Heat grill or grillpan or broiler.
Toss finished wings in sauce and place on grill for
30 seconds per side. Remove and drizzle remaining
sauce on top of wings.
NOTE- the sugar in the sauce can burn quickly so
keep a close eye on the grilling phase.

Suggestions
Get fancy by sprinkling finely sliced rings of scallions. Not sure of a side sauce for this. Maybe keep some of the wing sauce in reserve for dipping.
