Whip the room temperature butter with a whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add the powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrap down the sides of the bowl and turn up the speed and whip for a minute or two until really light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cup.
