     Fried Eggs with Tomato

Ingredients
4-5 eggs- Beat eggs with 1/5 teaspoon salt until smooth but not frothy
1 big tomato, sliced
3 tablespoons butter or Chinese vegetable oil
Seasonings to taste (salt and granulated sugar)
 

Instructions
Season the sliced tomatoes. Put 2.5 tablespoon Chinese vegetable oil ( can be instead by butter) in the frying pan. Put on a hot stove. When the oil (butter) gets hot (foam), put the beat eggs in and fried eggs until it gets forming, then take out. Put half tablespoon Chinese vegetable oil ( can be instead by butter) in the frying pan. Put on a hot stove. When the oil (butter) gets hot (foam), put sliced tomato in and fried, when tomato gets hot, put the fried eggs into the pan with tomato together, then fried. Put one cup of the plane water into the pan, heating for few mins, it is better to wait until water gets a bit dry. Put a bit salt and granulated sugar and fried together for Seasonings to taste. Finish and put into the plate, you may also put a bit chopped non-cooked green onion.
