     Matar Paneer

1 cup matar (peas)
1/4 paneer packet - small slices (fried or raw)
1/2 Onion - Sliced
1/2 Tomato - Sliced
1 Small piece of grated Ginger
3-4 Chopped Garlic
Pinch of Turmeric
1 teaspoon Dhaniya powder
Pinch of red pepper (optional)
Raw bay leaves (optional)
1/2 cup of water

Add Pyaj/Tomato/Ginger/Garlic - Heat all of the above in 1 serving spoon oil and wait till it melts (not brown)
Mix 1 tablespoon puree in little water. Add Salt + turmeric + dhaniya powder + red pepper(optional) and add this to the Pan. Optionally, add raw bay leaves.
When the above mixture starts boiling, add Paneer + Matar
Add 1/2 cup water and wait until matar becomes soft.
