1/4 to 1/2 cup of Milk according to how dry the potatoes are
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into cubes. Put in pan and
cover potatoes with cool water. Cook until fork tender.
Drain the potatoes. Add butter and mix with electric mixer or
potato masher. Add milk, salt, and pepper when mixing. Taste. May
need to add more salt or pepper if needed.
