1. Place the onion, red and green peppers in
saucepan and saute over medium-high heat for 8
minutes, or until onion is translucent
2. Use 1-2 tablespoons of water instead of oil to
keep from sticking to the pan. Add cauliflower and
cook for 5 to 6 minutes, until the florets are
tender.
3. Add the salt, black pepper, turmeric, cayenne
pepper, garlic and soy sauce to pan and cook for 5
minutes, until hot and fragrant.
