In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and
sugar. Spread the cream cheese on half the bread
slices and top with strawberries. Top with the
remaining 6 bread slices and press around the
edges to seal.
Melt the butter on a griddle over a medium heat.
Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, grill on
each side until light brown, layer into serving
dish, drizzle with maple syrup and confectioners
sugar and brown under grill for a few seconds.
Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar and
drizzle over strawberry and maple syrup to serve
