     White Kidney Bean Rattlesnake Pasta

1 lb penne pasta
3 Tablespoons butter
6 teaspoons minced garlic
Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/3 cup flour
teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup half & half
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces Monteray Jack cheese shredded
1 cup sliced jalepeno peppers with juice to taste
(15 oz) can white kidney beans rinsed
optional- doritos or tortilla chips

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat kidney beans in medium saucepan. Melt butter in large pot on low heat. Add Italian seasoning, flour, salt, white pepper, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, milk, half & half, Monterrey jack cheese, jalapenos and desired juice and combine. Bring to boil over medium-high heat then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens stirring frequently. Add sauce and beans to cooked pasta and stir.
!note this recipe makes a large pot full.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over Doritos or Tortilla Chips if desired; Vegetable & Fruit
