Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat kidney beans in medium saucepan. Melt butter in large pot on low heat. Add Italian seasoning, flour, salt, white pepper, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, milk, half & half, Monterrey jack cheese, jalapenos and desired juice and combine. Bring to boil over medium-high heat then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens stirring frequently. Add sauce and beans to cooked pasta and stir.
