     Vanilla Almond Protein Pancakes

1 scoop Vanilla low carb protein powder
.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond flour/meal
7 tbsp liquid egg whites
1.5 tbsp organic cottage cheese
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet of stevia to sweeten
Pinch of coconut oil (to grease pan)

Mix dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients.
Preheat pan and grease with a pinch of coconut oil
Cook like regular pancakes over medium heat
Serving Suggestions
Macros- 30g protein, 4g carbs, 11g fat
