-Prepare quinoa in microwave per manufacturors instructions
-Cook chicken breast in fry pan, using a pinch of coconut oil to grease the pan. When done chop into thin chunks/strips
-Scramble 2 eggs and dice
Add together all ingredients and mix in with quinoa
