     Pork Tenderloin with Sweet and Sour Sauce

2 1/2-3 lbs. pork tenderloins
2 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
3 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Bake tenderloin at 450 degrees for 30 minutes till browned. Transfer to deep dish. Pour sauce over. Bake 300 degrees for two hours or till done, basting occasionally. For sauce- In saucepan, simmer for 5 minutes, sugar, vinegar, water, green pepper, and salt. Mix cornstarch and 1 tbsp water and add to vinegar mixture cooking till thickened. Strain and add parsley.
