     Pork Chops with Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredients
6 boneless pork loin chops
1 tbsp olive oil
onion powder
garlic salt
10 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
30 oz package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat, turning once to brown. Set aside. Add onion powder and garlic salt to pan and cook and stir over medium heat until crisp tender. Add condensed soup and milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. In 13x9 basking dish, combine potatoes and grated cheeses and toss to mix. Add the soup/ onion mixture and stir to combine. Place the pork chops on top. Bake casserole, uncovered at 375 for 1 hour.
