     Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
salt
pepper
16 large new potatoes cut into chunks
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with cooking spray
Place oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste in a resealable bag. Add potatoes, seal and tossto coat evenly. Pour into dish. Roast for about 30 to 40 minutes.
