     Frosting for Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
angel flake coconut
 

Instructions
Cook milk, flour, and salt until thick-let cool. Whip sugar and crisco together. Combine this and the cooked milk mixture and add vanilla, then whip. Spread on cake and cover with angel flake coconut.
