     Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of macaroni
1 egg
3/4 stick (butter or margarin)
Velveeta cheese- 8 oz.
Sharp shredded cheese 8 oz. (16 oz. if needed)
1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Flour
1/2 cup milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil macaroni to aldente', then drain, add some butter (so max won't stick). Add the salt & pepper to drained macaroni. Add 1/2 tsp. of flour & toss mac well. Break egg in small bowl and beat it with a fork. Add egg to macaroni. Melt 8 oz. Velveeta in a pot with butter then add milk. Pour into casserole dish with macaroni. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Put in over for 45mins. Cover with foil for 30mins then uncover for final 15mins.
