In a small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate and butter
with chile, cinnamon, salt and corn syrup, stirring often. Set
aside to cool.
Line a 9x9 metal baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
Create lip over sides of pan. If using foil, grease lightly with
cooking spray.
In mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate mixture with sugar.
When combined and cooled slightly, add eggs. Mix until
smooth, then fold in flour and baking powder. Transfer to pan
and bake until I brownies feel firm, about 30 mins.
