     Pizza Margherita

Ingredients
Whole wheat dough
Minced garlic
Onion flakes
1 large tomato
Low-fat or part skim mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. After letting it acclimate to room temperature, knead the dough to work out any bubbles.
Set the dough in a pan greased lightly with olive oil and press in the minced garlic throughout. Lay down a base layer of onion flakes, parmesan cheese, and oregano.
Slice the tomato thinly. Slice the mozzarella thinly and space that on top.
Cook 15-20 minutes (check after 10 minutes, pizza will be done when golden brown). Optional- Drizzle olive oil on cooked pizza.
