1 lemon, zested and juiced

3 cloves garlic

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup white beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
|

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
|
|
Salt
|

Fresh-ground black pepper
|

Instructions |

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse
until fully combined. Pulse longer for a smoother, creamier dip.
