In small bowl combine barbecue sauce and red hot sauce.
In medium bowl combine chicken, half of barbecue sauce mixture, onion, celery, bread crumbs and garlic.
With wet hands form chicken mixture into 4 - 1/2 inch thick patties.
Brush tops of burgers with some of remaining sauce.
Place burgers on grill or in fry pan sauce side down. Brush top of burgers with remaining sauce.
Cook, turning once until cooked through.
Top each burger with 1/2 tbsp. of blue cheese.
Add lettuce and tomato if desired.

I put the blue cheese in the center of the patties before cooking.
