4 cups crumbled cornbread
|
|
2 cups bread crumbs
|
|
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
|
|
3 eggs
|
|
1 cup milk
|
|
2 tsp. salt
|
|
1/2 tsp. pepper
|
|
1 cup celery, chopped
|
|
1 cup onion, chopped
|
|
|
|
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix cornbread and bread crumbs with stock.
Beat eggs slightly, add milk, salt and pepper.
Add to bread mixture.
|

Add celery, onion and seasoning.
Mix well.
|
|
|
Bake in well greased pan at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
