Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice
3 tbsp. margarine
1 onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 tsp. salt, pepper and chili powder
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
 

Instructions
Brown rice using margarine in large saucepan. Add literally everything else except water. Add water (ikr?). Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. DONT STIR THIS YO. Remove lid, cook for 5 more min. then serve.
