In the top of a double boiler, mix 1/4 cup
whipping cream, sugar, 3 egg yolks, and 1/4 cup
lemon juice. Beat the rest of the whipping cream
till it is light and fluffy. Once everything is
cool, mix the fruit with the egg yolk mixture and
whipping cream. Add marshmallow or marshmallow
creme. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours,
stirring occasionally. This is so good with ham!
