Use 1 cup of the pear juice in sauce pan. If you
do not have enough juice you can use water to make
the cup. Put Knox Gelatin into it. Stir well and
bring to a boil. Stirring constantly.
In a blender put the lime jello. Pour hot liquid
n blender also. Add cream cheese to blender -
blend. Add pears - blend. Pour into bowl and add
the cool whip. Mix well. Pour into bowl and
chill until firm. You can put in a mold also.
Add some red cherries for decor on top at
Christmas time.
