Sliced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked & crumbled bacon
Instructions
Place potatoes in saucepan. Gradually add in broth and milk, whisking, until smooth. Stir in celery, carrots, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley. Garnish with your choice of ingredients and serve.
