     Macaroni & Cheese (Grandma's recipe)

Ingredients
1 lb. elbow macaroni; cooked
4 tbsp. butter
2 lb. box of velveeta cheese
2-1/2 cups milk
4 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Boil macaroni; drain and place in 9X13 pan.
Grate entire box of Velveeta cheese. Place 1/4 of cheese to the side. Melt butter in medium saucepan; add salt, pepper and flour one teaspoon at a time. Stir often until thick consistency.
Slowly add milk; stirring constantly. Add 3/4 of grated cheese slowly; stirring until melted. Pour cheese mixture over macaroni; stir until covered.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
