     Sauteed Sweet Potatoes

1 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 Large Sweet Potatoe (grated)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil.
Once skillet is heated, sauté grated sweet potatoes until tender.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix well
