     Roasted potatoes

Ingredients
3 baking potatoes or 5 red potatoes
Cavender's seasoning
4 tablespoons butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Peel and cut potatoes into bite side chunks. Line baking pan with foil and add potatoes tossing in seasoning until coated evenly. Cut butter and place on top of potatoes in pan. Place potatoes in oven.
Bake in over for 30 minutes or until potatoes have softened. Occasionally toss potatoes to prevent sticking.
