Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place 30 cookies into mixer until finely ground. Add butter; mix
we'll. press into bottom of lined (aluminum)baking dish.
Mix cream cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended. Chop the rest of the Oreos and
fold into mixture. Spread evenly and bake in oven for 40
minutes.
Let refrigerate for 3 hours.
Can be lifted out of pan with foil, sliced and served.
